Removed the "continuous playback" argument for "timer on" and restored search tabs to working condition.

Fix for ensure-that-node-is-visible. Scrolling to a node before playing it seems to be more reliable than the other way around.

Since the introduction of the search tabs, the play list tab has grown
increasingly useless. When you get above a couple of thousand files,
redisplay of the play list tab decreases the overall responsiveness of
the program and removing or adding files gets slower the closer they
are to the top of the play list. To get a tab which acts the same way
as the playlist tab you just open up a new search tab and then hit
"follow list" and "show all".
