Urban Warfare

This is the official Urban Warfare web page. You can possibly see all sorts of fun stuff here in the future, but at the moment there's only one game, which is incidentally called Urban Warfare: The Escape. It was written in 7 days for the annual rec.games.roguelike.development Seven Day Roguelike contest.

Features

Download it!

The latest version (0.8) is released on April 20, 2007. You can get it at http://common-lisp.net/project/lifp/uwar.zip. It includes source and Windows CLISP binaries. Alternatively download http://common-lisp.net/project/lifp/uwar.tar.gz, which includes source and Linux binaries.

If you want only the source, download http://common-lisp.net/project/lifp/uwar-src.zip. You need CLISP or SBCL to compile it (the latter may not work very well). You also need CFFI, CL-MD5 and trivial-gray-streams. The compile procedure is too long to describe here, so ask your local Lisp guru, or proceed as described here.

The first release (0.7drl) was on March 19, 2007.
