[slime-devel] Updated docstring for DEFINTERFACE

The documentation string for the DEFINTERFACE macro in "swank- 
backend.lisp" seems to have gotten pretty far out of sync with what  
DEFINTERFACE does. This patch provides an updated docstring that is  
hopefully more accurate.
