[lisppaste-requests] lisppaste channel request

Hi. I'm just wondering if we could get the paste.lisp.net in the channel 
#lispcafe on freenode. That would be great if possible. I put the 
general overview for it on http://www.cliki.net/IRC

The general aim is for a more relaxed channel than #lisp with more 
transitional programmers from other languages to common lisp and its 
relatives.
