[cxml-devel] Support for cxml when running in :inverse-mode

Hey,
When running CL with the following set:

  (setf (readtable-case *readtable*) :invert)

..CXML fails to compile (SBCL, Linux). I've attached a patch that
fixes this. I do not thing it breaks for people running with the
normal readtable-mode.
