Hmm, >= Professional Edition according to their webpage.

However, I just tried CL+SSL on the ACL 8.0 Express Edition, and
although it does not work, it does not fail with the undebuggable
segfault I used to see on ACL 7.0 Enterprise Edition either.

So perhaps there is hope for CL+SSL on either Allegro Express or Allegro
>= 8.0 after all.
