[cl-debian] ECL CVS snaphot

Peter,

I saw that you packaged a CVS snapshot of ECL in experimental, would you
consider doing it again? Juan José just committed my patches to support
GNU/Hurd in CVS, which now makes it possible to build it on every arch
and port of Debian.
