[cl-debian] Bug#361275: cl-swank: swank-loader looks for a ChangeLog file that doesn't exist

I can confirm that creating the symlink:

/usr/share/common-lisp/source/slime/ChangeLog -> /usr/share/doc/slime/changelog

fixes this problem for me as well.
