Sorry all, I didn't mean for this to descend into chaos.

I'll put together a summary of what may plan in this area is, along with 
a rationale. I'm a bit busy at the moment, but I expect I can email it 
out within the next couple days.

If nothing else, it'll give us something concrete to discuss.
