Fix bug in MD5-HEX 

Hunchentoot used MD5:MD5SUM-SEQUENCE instead of MD5:MD5SUM-STRING.
The former was deprecated propably years ago and did not work
correctly with Unicode enabled Lisps.

Reported by Olexiy Zamkoviy.
