Update a few basic Lisp libraries.

Rationale: there is a problem in quicklisp due to recent asdf package changes,
that requires urgent fix to cl-protobufs,
so I'm updating these for the sake of issuing
a cl-protobufs fix to quicklisp ASAP.
I require these updates for some further changes I'm making to QUUX, anyway,
so it's just a matter of timing.
