fix SBCL build, work with modern Osicat

 * Oops, those linedit.asd changes broke the build on SBCL, and I
   didn't notice. *blush*

 * Current Osicat doesn't have *OSICAT-VERSION* anymore.

 * Missing dependency in linedit.asd.
