- Merged Bart Botta's stuff for generating gl/funcs.lisp from the .spec files.
  Also adds new cl-opengl-bindings package with low-level functions.
  Fixed some parsing bugs.
- Updated for OpenGL 2.1. (enums, too)

- Two changes to  generate-enums.lisp:
    * print the symbols lower-cased;
    * generates some aliases for symbols ending in -bits and -bit.
      e.g.: :color-buffer-bit and :color-buffer.
- Regenerated gl/constants.lisp.
